Tippler’s Tap’s longstanding Chicago-style menu has had a bit of a shake-up.
Our craft beer bar has always been known for our signature wings, fried goodness, and loaded burgers and fries.
While we’re keeping some of your favourites, we’re putting a spin on a few, and adding even more options. We’ve even got some exciting new vegan options for the plant-based inclined among us.
What’s menu items are new?
We’ve introduced a heap of new small bites. To compliment our OG wings, some Southern Cauliflower Wings. They’re vegan, but more importantly, they’re bloody delicious.
On a meatier note, we’ve got Pork Belly Bites and the ever-trendy Cheeseburger Spring Rolls. Oh, and some brand-spanking new 8 hour stout-braised beef ribs. Drool.
You like subs and sandwiches? We got subs and sandwiches.
More specifically, we have a new Cubano Sub – think slow cooked pork shoulder, sliced ham, swiss cheese and Carolina BBQ sauce – alongside a new Sloppy Jo Sub.
And if you’re a fiend for fries, we’ve introduced three new loaded fries: beef chilli, pork, and beer loaded.
What’s the same?
Our famous dry spice-rubbed wings will still be on the menu. How could we not?
Our other crowd favourites (crumbed mushrooms, onion rings, and of course our beer-battered fries) aren’t going anywhere.
What’s gotten a little facelift?
One of our most popular items – the Reuben – has had a bit of a revamp. House-made slow cooked corn beef, with thousand island dressing, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and pickles.
Literally all the burgers. All the burgers have had a face lift. The most obvious of which is a change from charcoal buns to milk buns, but we’ve also added the option of a couple of cheeky extra patties and revamped our chicken burg (there’s buttermilk involved now).
We’ve swapped our Great Depression Dog for The Real NY Dog – think onion rings, relish and sauerkraut. We’ve also introduced The Hawaiian Dog, with grilled pineapple and habanero jam.
Oh, and our Tuesday Taco special? She’s still around, but we’ve softened the shells and will have a new flavour each week.

We’ve always tried to have a good range of vegan options.
Alongside starters like the aforementioned cauliflower wings, we’ve got beer-infused sour pickles, and our OG crumbed mushrooms.
We’ve also got vegan options on both our hotdogs, and a new-and-improved vegan chicken and vegan beef burger.
